If you are:
Experiences Customer B2B SaaS Success Manager with a positive attitude & high energy that makes all customers love you. Your written and verbal communication skills are awesome and you adapt quickly to changes. You know how to establish credibility and to create strong relationships.

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with PicUP
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the PicUP team
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding
  • Navigate client organizations to uncover additional product applications & opportunities for partnership
  • Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
